It's a redesign of a screen from a Golf Practice app called Break X Golf .
The screen is the "Play Game" screen.
The golfer gets instructions on the game, some benchmark scores and any history stats (from having played the game before), and is invited to play the game and add their score.

For some context.. Break X Golf is a golf practice app that helps golfers to improve their game by providing a range of practice games and challenges - the idea being to make practice more fun and increase skill by playing games rather than just doing "drills". The app is aimed at golfers of all abilities, from beginners to professionals.
